ROOMS & SUITES
The Clarendon Hotel offers a variety of 12 double / twin rooms (some with stunning sea views) and our Deluxe Sunrise suite providing spacious accommodation for guests looking for a little luxury.
All rooms have TV, tea/coffee making facilities and private bathrooms and under Phase 2 of the hotel’s renovations, all rooms will be given a nautical themed makeover which will be completed by Spring 2016.
The Clarendon Hotel was originally built in 1763 and part of our unique charm is the quirky nature of our building. In an attempt to keep within this original style many of our rooms do have a number of steep stairs to be navigated to get to the room. We do have disabled facilities and easier to access rooms and if you would like details of these please feel free to call us before booking.
Due to potential allergy issues with our guests we are unable to accept pets other than guide dogs.
SEAVIEW DOUBLE
With views towards the Pier and seafront, our double / twin bedded rooms are decorated in neutral shades with classic furnishings. Each room has tea / coffee.
CLASSIC DOUBLE
Classically decorated double / twin rooms with tea / coffee machine, TV, hair dryer and private bathroom.
SUNRISE SUITE
Our Deluxe Sunrise Suite with stunning sea views and beautiful nautical inspired decor offers various accommodation options. The suite features a king size bed.
GOODWIN SUITE
The Goodwin Suite is our premier suite. Located on the fist floor with unparalleled views of Deal pier and the English Channel looking towards France. With a Super King sized bed and a roll top bath in the room The Goodwin Suite is Luxury personified.
SMUGGLERS CABIN
The Smugglers Cabin provides a cozy bolt hole with far-reaching views of Deal Pier and the English Channel to France. The room is located on the Ground Floor making it easily accessible.
BERNADETTE SUITE
The Bernadette Suite is one of our 2 premium rooms. Offering stunning sea views across the English Channel and onto the French coastline on a clear day. Divided lounge area with sea views. Kingsize bed. Wheelchair access.
