As you are a self check-in hotel, how does it work ?The process is very simple :- When you book a room with us, we ask for your email and contact details or you have provided them through one of the online booking engines (Booking.com, Hotels.com, AirBNB.com etc) 3 days before your stay, we will email and text you with a link, asking you to register. When you click on the link from your phone or PC, you are asked to complete the address and contact details of the guests who are staying. Once you have provided the full contact details, 2 days prior to the stay, we will email the guests who are staying a PIN code that will give them access to the hotel after 5pm and also access to the room. This PIN number is unique to each guest. To ensure your safety and security, do not divulge this code to anyone else including any other guests you happen to meet in the hotel. If you have any issues using the process, we are on hand to help on 01304 374748
