The standard Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes, depending on our occupancy, allow guests to arrive early. Please request this, if you would like it. The standard Check-out time is 11am. If you would like to leave later, we have a charge of £30 that, subject to availability, would allow you to stay until 2pm.

Our self check-in process is straightforward and secure. When you book a room, we collect your email and contact details. Three days before your stay, you'll receive an email and text with a registration link. Complete the guest details, and two days before your arrival, we'll send you a unique PIN code. This code grants access to the hotel after 5 PM and to your room. For your safety, please keep this code private. If you encounter any issues, we're here to assist at 01304 374748.

Parking in Deal is managed by the council. Overnight parking (6 PM to 8 AM) is free. The nearest car park is 40m from the hotel on Middle Street (CT14 6HE), costing £1.80 per hour during the day (max 3 hours). For longer stays, Beach Street car park (CT14 6JA) is 90m away and offers 24-hour parking for £10.80. Additional options include South Street car park (CT14 7AW) with a 4-hour limit. EV charging points and disabled bays are available at these locations. Free street parking is also available near Deal Castle, a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

If you have booked via a third party website like Booking.com or Hotels.com we won't be able to cancel that ourselves unfortunately, you will need to cancel directly with the third party site. We recommend guests book directly on our website as we then have sole control over your booking and can make changes as required. Please also be aware that our cancellation policy is free if you cancel 72 hours before check in but third party websites may have non-refundable rates and their own terms.
