The standard Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes, depending on our occupancy, allow guests to arrive early. Please request this, if you would like it. The standard Check-out time is 11am. If you would like to leave later, we have a charge of £30 that, subject to availability, would allow you to stay until 2pm.

Our self check-in process is straightforward and secure. When you book a room, we collect your email and contact details. Three days before your stay, you'll receive an email and text with a registration link. Complete the guest details, and two days before your arrival, we'll send you a unique PIN code. This code grants access to the hotel after 5 PM and to your room. For your safety, please keep this code private. If you encounter any issues, we're here to assist at 01304 374748.

You can park nearby in council-managed car parks. Overnight parking from 6pm to 8am is free. The closest option is Middle Street car park, about 40m from the hotel at CT14 6HE. Day parking costs £1.80 per hour, with a 3-hour limit. Beach Street car park, about 90m away at CT14 6JA, offers 24-hour parking for £10.80. South Street car park is another option. EV charging points and disabled bays are available at some sites. Free street parking may also be available.

If you have booked via a third party website like Booking.com or Hotels.com we won't be able to cancel that ourselves unfortunately, you will need to cancel directly with the third party site. We recommend guests book directly on our website as we then have sole control over your booking and can make changes as required. Please also be aware that our cancellation policy is free if you cancel 72 hours before check in but third party websites may have non-refundable rates and their own terms.
